I hereby request to register as a Subscriber - Friend of the THYATERIA ASSOCIATION and declare that I have received knowledge of the collection and processing for the purposes of the ASSOCIATION, as defined in its Statute, of my personal data entered in this application form and I consent to them in accordance with the provisions of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679) which came into full effect on May 25, 2018 and was incorporated into national law by Law 4624/2019 (A’ 137) "Personal Data Protection Principle , implementation measures of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 for the protection of natural persons against the processing of personal data and incorporation into national legislation of Directive (EU) 2016/680 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 and other provisions".
